I reckon that bears no relationship to reality.
Totalitarian states will be totalitarian.
I also reckon Iran is hugely underreporting.

Sorry mate, not used for a while so haven't tried it. Haven't seen anything in the news. If it has though, I'm going to claim .01% of every transaction above £30 for intellectual rights. That should help pay for my next toilet roll and paracetamol bill!! ;-)
