Reason for the question is that I might of inadvertantly stabbed myself with a syringe full of magenta. Was filling a printer cartridge and holding said syringe in my mouth. I went to clean up a spillage and stabbed myself, at the same time pushing the plunger in......Got a strange coloured circle under my skin now.

You will be OK AFAIK bud. Its as toxic as washing up liquid but that is via ingestion. It may be worth some googling.

If it’s regular consumer-grade stuff, then you’ll be fine as it’s water-based and nothing really dangerous in it. Even a little alcohol, so enjoy the buzz.
If you somehow got hold of commercial-grade, then they can contain metals that you don’t want in your bloodstream.
