As some cunts heard the word "peak" yesterday they seem to think it's all over.

My management have told us were going to run full train services from mid may. We've told them no problem as long as we get all protections afforded to a pandemic situation. I can't see how I'm expected to keep social distancing norms an a usual shortformed train service.

There is a chap just made a mask out of a white sock on gogglebox with a few snips and even has tissue paper you can place inside for the filter. Looks exactly like the Chinese are flogging on amazon at a tenner a pop and looks like an original. Incredible !

SKY News tonight on "The Papers" talking about the traffic and the streets being back to normal

1/ so London based view - its still quiet as fuck up here
2/ its twats like IDS who promote this economic damage is more important than deaths view. He also said UBI would be a disincentive for people to go back to work

The progress being made is from following the albeit belated lockdown - economic damage has been done agreed but I will only accept that easing the rules is the right thing to do if twats like IDS agree to do shifts on the Tube and on buses and in shops facing the dangers the people they are bravely deciding can be put in harms way to defend the value of their investments

I’ve had a couple of my bigger customers (home improvements/tradespeople) call me today wanting to ramp up their advertising from Monday, both saying they’re running out of money and need to get their guys back on the tools.
