it is a crafty fucker ,you can feel much better for a day or two then it has another go, give it a few days, hopefully you are over it,stay well xYeah that's the worry, got a text from the nhs this morning saying I can come out of lockdown in 2 days but at the back of my mind I am thinking the bastard has not finished with me yet.
Naga is the host of BBC Breakfast and she was interviewing the head professor in charge of testing.Don't know happened with quoting this
I am up there with Trump when it comes to scienceSounds scientific compared to the ONS must be right.
See above, don't worry about it though just don't over stretch yourselfKaren did you find it came in waves and returned when you were starting to feel better?

Point being if you don’t want to count the 40k sent out then you have to be able to count the ones received back from kits sent out previously, and either way it was over 100k.
It just can’t be any clearer than that, in which case the easiest thing would be to accept it and stop peddling mistruths about the target being missed.[
We can leave it at that, you’re wrong and it was you that quoted me in the first place to erroneously correct me.Don't know happened with quoting this
and?
I think it's made abundantly clear he's not an epidemiologist.
Exactly. And we can’t have opinions about facts and figures. They’re either right or wrong. If you tell me 120-10=110, I can’t have an opinion that the answer is 80.Naga is the host of BBC Breakfast and she was interviewing the head professor in charge of testing.

I am calling BS on the death figures. If you go on the web site and input our post code, DL15, it tells you 2 deaths in Crook & Tow Law. Now I know of 3 people from our estate who have died from the virus. Now those figures may not be huge but multiply this nationally. And that is just people I know of who have passed.
Think it's this oneWhich website is that? Thanks.
Ha ha, the other week at my local Aldi I inadvertently let my trolley go a few cms over the line and the checkout girl instantly told me to move back!Aldi staff have just told me to bunch up a bit & let people put their food on the conveyor, that would have meant there were 4 us in a space of about 6 feet, when i refused they said " don't be daft".
Praise the Lord and Boris Johnson, we don't have to isolate anymore and it's all over.
Great stuff, i'm so happy, off to visit all my family
Why not? We’ve got guys on here who will still be arguing about the Brexit referendum.Wonder if we'll end up with someone appearing in 20 years time who hadn't realised the lockdown was over ? A bit like the Japanese soldier that surrendered in 1974.
You need to look at seven day rolling average rather than daily figures. Definitely on a downward trend.
So the Government didn’t want NHS Trusts to buy PPE in bulk.
And the problem with that is?
Stocks need to be flexible and across the whole country or a region.
106k tests carried out on 64k people yesterday.
Assume the majority of people are being tested twice to provide increased certainty over the result - is there a rough % figure on how accurate the tests are?
