People have different interpretations of what that looks like, and I think government well know that some people will absolutely move out to start seeing family etc. That is not an accident as I see it. At some point we need to see what happens when people start moving around some before we restart the economy.

It's quite obvious why the slogan is being changed: People are staying at home to protect the NHS and are dying as a result.
You still have to be alert as to what you do but people have to start going to hospital for normal health care and we have to start to open up the economy as well or we're all fucked.
I hope Boris explains it as such. We need to change the mindset.
