State of Happiness on BBC 4. Norwegian, set in the 60’s. Absolutely excellent. It’s in 8 parts I think. It’s about the Oil industry. Sounds boring - it’s not.

Like the sound of this. Currently watching Twin, another Norwegian programme. Top quality.
Just finished s1 of The Missing. Enjoyed it to a point but the ending felt a bit shit. 8 hours of watching and all we wanted to know all along was he dead or alive. Not sure if it was just badly written or trying to be clever, but really left me flat.

I'm a big of of Rick and Morty but this new season is having alot more misses than hits. Last night's wasnt very good and the one the week before was terrible. Hope it picks up.
Made by the same people who did Money Heist, thanks for the heads up.White lines starts tomorrow (Friday) on Netflix,10 X 50 minute episodes looks very good.

Watched 1st 4 episodes of Sopranos. Whilst the lead character is compelling I couldn't name you one secondary character, or any sort of plot narrative. Disappointing.

I think you’ve got series 1 & 2 mixed up mate...Afterlife Series 2 is probably one of the best things on TV. So funny, thoughtful, sad, poignant, hilarious. It’s brilliant TV and gervais is a genius.

Fair play, would never tell somebody what they should or shouldn’t like when it comes to tv just like I shouldn’t tell somebody what music they should like. I loved the first series but was mildly disappointed with the second, though still enjoyed it.Loved them both.

I thought I'd share with the few that may not know, that if you have a VPN, activate it prior to opening Netflix or whatever and it gives you a few more options in programming content! I chose USA, myself.

We are watching a drama on Sky catch-up called Babylon Berlin. It’s subtitled but very good - based in 1920s Berlin and amongst other things it interesting to see a post-war county from the perspective of the losers

This is weird as when I originally signed up to Netflix I somehow managed to access the Swedish version. There did seem to be loads more on there than the UK one.

Trial By Media on netflix is excellent
Been mentioned a few times but I've really enjoyed watching Fauda, saw season 1 a while ago and didn't realise until the other day that there are 2 more seasons. Currently on ep 9 in season 3 and will be gutted when I've done the last 4, been a great watch, plenty of tension, depicts life on both sides of the Arab/Isreali conflict, well worth a look for those running out of stuff to watch.

I watched it with subtitles but I believe it's available dubbed, I prefer the former for this type of drama, keeps me switched on and it heightens the suspense when there's a crunch scene.
