He is a dreadfully annoying man. He was an absolute **** over Brexit so I stopped watching anything he was on. It is a simple soultion, just don't watch people on TV who really annoy you.

He actually was not cleared on the second charge in which the evidence was very strong. The jury could not agree and there should have been a retrial. The wise old judge did not order a retrial as he did not want another media circus at public expense over a couple of bottles of booze.
 


Pretty mental to think so many are that outraged at his questioning of the Government that there's death threats and abuse on a scale that's arguably much bigger than the backlash to the phone hacking and the fake pictures.

It's not hard to see why people like Putin and other dictators get away with locking up journalists so easily and become supreme leaders of millions of people.

Or he could be making it all up to boost his popularity, although to be fair it's not like him to lie, well only about soldiers.

I don't get all the negativity surround piers morgan the last week or so.When he had someone from the government on gmb he asked questions no other journo's was asking, and pushed for answers.

Would you really prefer laura lipstick, beth rigby who looks like a shit lily savage in a dark wig asking questions at briefings.

No matter what he has or has not done in the past i don't wanna know, i'd rather he pushed a question than the other shite questions they keep asking at briefings.

This was my point earlier.
Stop them waffling and keep asking simple questions, politicians will waffle all day with meaningless tripe if you let them.

But nobody gets answers. They get a question, followed by a tirade. Cant get an answer in sideways

It's not the line of questioning.
It's:
1. Making himself the story.
2. Blamestorming and finger pointing at every opportunity.
3. Not giving people a chance to answer questions.
4. A total lack of intellectual rigour. No discussion as to where we are, the option alternatives and what the government could have done differently.
5. He's a dick.
