Again -- he doesn't want to win because he doesn't want the job any more -- he wants to lose but be able to pin his loss on a "rigged", "fraudulent", "FAKE" election so that his supporters can claim he got cheated.

Again, it doesn't matter to him if the entire fabric of the US electoral process or the concept of a fair democracy is torn to shreds.

Refusal to support his opponent is an intellectual and/or a moral failing.

FACT: Muller concluded Russia interfered in the 2016 election.

Had an interesting discussion with an American friend on this. The date of the election is set in stone and the individual states implement it. That makes it very difficult to stymie. He would have to convince every state to stop the process, if some did then what happens is they (the state) would not be able to send in their elector to the 'collage'. The system has a backup if there is no clear winner where congress gets to vote to pick a winner.

So if Trump tries to stop / delay the election it could end up with Congress picking the winner.

I think they have looked hard at it and they will not try. If they had control of Congress then different story.
