My instinct is that a third party have legitimately bought up the old City Watch account and grossly underestimated the hatred towards Marshall and his actions.

They’ll get barracked with every tweet sent until they give up.

He was clearly a disturbed individual given the possession of child porn and stalking charges. Is he that utterly deluded that he thinks he can still make money from a City Watch style venture?

I’m assuming they’ve bought the account for the followers.

One of my friends did try and deal with Stuart Marshall back in the day but found him a nightmare. He’d never meet face to face and insist it was all by phone. “He was very, very strange” was the quote. He got such a bad vibe from him that he didn’t pursue.

I wrote for music websites in my late teens / early twenties and we were forever having socials and get togethers.
