Piers Morgan

Wayne, presumably?

the whole clan. Gary is apparently a deeply unpleasant man off the screen as numerous Internet forums will attest. At least with Wayne he does what it says on the tin. Also Gary’s bum sons - check out who owns “Goal hanger films” - who the BBC conveniently award lucrative production contracts to...

Not sure that's entirely true in this case. For whatever reason the nation has had an obsession with the maddie case since it occurred in 2007. Rightly or wrongly, I'm not sure you can compare it to just another missing white young girl. Imo it was deliberate provocation.
I think youve misunderstood it maybe. His point is exactly the opposite of that; that there is never such a thing as just another missing white girl.

That's what he's like, he says things for sensationalism.
It's not just Britain that's been gripped by the Madeline case, it's the world. Australians know all about it. So do Kiwis.
For whatever reason.
If he said it's because she's white, that's a purely provocative statement imo.
I watched his "interview" with Guilliani on YouTube, it was a car crash. Embarassingly amateur.

I often feel that people hate Piers Morgan and by default shit over whatever he says without any thinking and reason behind it. It was pretty visible from comments about his fight with Rudy Giulliani where many picked the side of that Orange Buffoon's **** just because Piers Morgan was on the other side.

He surely had and still has his cuntish moments, he is also an ultimate troll and gets easily under people's skin, but he is also very right in lot of fights he picks and I don't care if he picks them to stay in news and make gains for his career or if he does it because he really cares about them. Actually, some of the fights he picked, were not really great for his career but he picked them and never backed anyway. The one about guns in USA had cost him a top and very well paid job at CNN and he is smart enough and would have known it's not a popular topic in USA to talk about the way he did it back then.

He is controversial, some of the things he did in his life and career can't be excused, but I think he is useful person in media and public space, much more useful than no character cunts who lick arses of whoever is in power or are biased no matter what is happening in the world. He often opens good questions that wider society has to talk about to be better. And when it comes to things he really cares about, he doesn't give a shit who is on the other side. I like that. And I hate when people judge anything based on who said/did it, rather than what is said/done. It's OK when it comes to football and such relatively not important stuff, but when it comes to things that are important for the lives of ourselves and of our kids, it's pretty primitive way of thought.

I hate Piers Moron, he is an awful human being. But I dont think saying that is totally wide of the mark to be fair. It is hard to argue against it; it is sadly true.

It’s nothing to do with Maddies’s colour.

There’s loads of black and white children missing and they get no coverage whatsoever. This case has captured the media because the parents got it and keep it there and because it’s a genuine mystery.

There was plenty of coverage of Victoria Climbie but not of loads of other black and white girls killed by their family.

He’s a shit stirrer and positions himself for maximum effect for people who need someone like him to form their own opinions.

Do you think he is OK to actively encourage people to break lock down rules and risk lives?

I hate him because he was in charge of a newspaper that hacked a dead child's phone.

I hate him because he used fake photographs to try and fuck over British soldiers.

I hate him because he doesn't give a fuck about anyone else, it's always all about him.

He's a ****. He's always been a **** and he will always be a ****.

And anyone who defends him is a ****.

He wasn't in charge of the NOTW at that time of the child's phone scandal

Currently ripping the Care Home Minister Helen Whateley a new one after her incompetence during a Sky News interview.
Comedy Gold.

He is a bully and has an awful style of journalism. His only redeeming quality is he will stick it to the Tories when others will not. In an ideal world we would not have inept tories in positions of power and we wouldn't have Piers Morgan ripping them to bits.
In an ideal world we would have better political parties to challenge the Tories.
