Your second point is wrong, they are Tommy Robinson’s fan base, the EDL, BNP, whoever is the most far right group/party they tag along with at any time... not Boris Johnson’s fan base.

And, while being no fan of Johnson, I’ve always thought Johnson’s message has always been fairly good as PM with issues that are going on (while not always his actions). So I doubt he’ll be fanning the flames. That’s just a bit of hyperbole.

And he’s nothing like Trump. Yet again people bringing the USA into this, it’s getting really fucking boring, I’m sick to death of hearing about that hole of a country.

And I doubt you’ll get many people on this website coming along defending the far right Nazi saluting racist wankers. While fordy said he agrees with people defending the statues, he’s not actually defended any other actions that have been seen so far today. I actually don’t think I’ve ever read a far right post on this website. So not sure why you think there’s no doubt someone will cone along defending them.

People are too quick to throw “the right” in with racists.

The right is just as complex as the left, who disagree with each other on many issues.

LibDems are right wing but they’re miles away from Tommy Robinson, who is also miles away from National Socialism.

Sadly we are now in a world where everyone wants to put everyone into two little boxes. The one they are in themselves is of course full of all the good people.

I would say the large Tory victory in the last GE was due to traditional left wing voters who wanted Brexit shifting over to the one party who were saying they’d get Brexit done. The Brexit left lent the Torys their votes for one election.

The far left think that Brexiteers were racists and Nazis anyway, it's the same words used over and over again. The far right have always not voted for left wing politics they wouldn't would they?
 
can we not post these deeply offensive images, both the "racist" defacing of our historic monuments and pissing on memorials of those who have sacrificed their lives for us, anyone involved in either are complete cunts and need dealing with but the rest of us trying to avoid these cunts in our daily lives don't need to see this shit, the police just need to round them up and deal with them for the benefit of the civilised society.

It’s skewed beyond recognition now. In the future we won’t be able to say traditional any more because politics is changing in front of our eyes. I would hazard a guess that a lot of the dicks at this ‘protest’ today would have been ‘traditional’ Labour voters in the past but not any more because what has become a big priority for them is something Labour won’t offer them but Tories will.

Many true points in that post bud you have me nodding my head in agreement, Brexit was the battleground and weak Labour positioning helped put icing on the cake.
