Had anyone thought about how you will feel towards the club if we exhaust all options and are still found guilty? I don't mean towards the manager or the team but towards khaldoon, soriano and our owner
Good post Karen and to the point.
I have a black and white approach to this if we don’t get complete success, either through CAS or via the courts at a later date. I have supported this club for many, many years and a bad result will not change that support (for club, players, Player management and supporters) but it would change my views of the top Management who have repeatedly stated that we (they) have done nothing wrong. They would have to go either by resignation or by dismissal. No other options or I think many fans will show their disapproval in kind.

but maybe they have done nothing wrong and still get found guilty? It’s about context it seems and even CAS may deem it bullshit that HH isn’t Mansour? Or that the rest of the email we don’t see still doesn’t explain the bits we have seen?

Doesn't matter what the CAS verdict is. The rules were formed and rewrote to catch us and stop our threat to the establishment. We would expect our top team to find a way round their crooked plot. It's a very dry accounting rule around related parties by the sound of it that's being assessed. The colourful language and hostility in the emails is a side show but only shows that they think the same about Gill and his cronies as we all do. Swales was bad for the club, Khaldoon is good no doubt.

Good for you but in these troubled times an owner finding a dodgy way to put more money into the Club they own might isn’t much more than a misdemeanour IMHO. Yes I might think less of the administration but it won’t affect my love for City. If people want to walk away from supporting the club if we can no longer afford world class players then that’s my choice but I would prefer there to be 30k in the ground getting behind the lads.

I think k the Club’s values seem to have improved from the Swales and Lee eras anyway. Calls by staff to vulnerable fans, paying match day staff in full, full ticket and season card refunds for cancelled games, support of food banks and free sky codes for the games we can’t go to at least matches any cheating / manipulation on FFP we might or might not have done.

It's obviously referring to Sheikh Mansour. If end up relying on arguments like that, we will have lost.
From the posters on here HH is not Mansour and to use it for him is against the protocol of the UAE one poster who ran projects in the UAE said he go a huge bollocking for misusing
I don’t disagree that if it’s our defence then we may have lost I somehow doubt it is though

see project river post above mate! That’s why I’m confused as people state HH is Mansours brother? The man who would bail out Etihad?
I’m answering your question as to who HH in UAE terms is and it’s not Mansour see my comment to Projectdriver’s response
HH is the ruler of Dubai he’s Mansour’s half brother he’s on the board of Etihad

"His Highness". As I have said, it's the flimsiest of flimsy arguments. Its a generic term for a number of the royal family obviously. You will find very many references to Mansour and His Highness if you google it. The one above just happens to be a critical investment company where Khaldoon is the CEO & Chairman.

My head is spinning reading all these. “Is Mansour HH or not”

@projectriver if we forget that for the moment. Do you have an idea what our main defence is? I know you have posted at length on here but is there a summary anywhere?

He hasn’t seen our evidence and doesn’t know what it is. No one does apart from the club, CAS and UEFA. The club have simply claimed it is irrefutable.
