Burnley had a pretty poor image as a place before this plane stunt and now it will be perceived as a haven for racist scumbags. Why would you do that to your home town?

Of course he is one of us and all that, I love him on the bbc,i love most of what he says,it is just the going along with the loan line even though he knows it won't happen,i would have liked him to say no way,pep has made it clear many times and Dave is leaving in a month,just that,no drama,sorry if I offended you with it

The way I seen it.. Richards and souness entertained the idea of a loan spell, Throwing sancho in as the example. Ultimately coming to the conclusion that's its best foden stays, train at the highest level, with the best players in world football. Don't know if I missed something or what

thats strange - it looked as though he got a kick on the foot -my concern was broken bone in his foot but maybe there was some sort of impact injury?

Totally agree and his reaction just now when he said, hang on you were writing us off a while ago, or words to that effect. And now, am I invited to the City v Liverpool game!, you’ve just gotta love that guy. Come on Micah. :-)
 
Anyone who says or has said Phil to go on loan is a tit. The way he passes that ball and ' dummies with his eyes' to send the Burnley lad away you will only get from playing with the likes of Silva,Kun,KDB. Etc. Not Preston or Stoke or the Rags or liverpool.
 
Comfortable. Tonight’s game shows how organised Pep is & how professional the squad are as they have come straight back into form after a confusing & disruptive few months for everyone. Keep rotating & everyone stays fresh & fit & hopefully we get past Madrid & arrive in Portugal ready for the quarter finals in a strong commanding position. Onto Thursday vs Chelsea & the more important FA Cup game Sunday vs Newcastle.

It wasn’t that incident that gave him the injury. He’s had an issue prior to today according to Pep. This has just made it worse. When asked if his season is over he said he doesn’t know yet, but it does not look good.
