If ever you wondered just how clueless keown was, he’s just given sterling motm when he was literally the worst city player on the pitch until he’s scored. He’s been very good since then granted but there’s half a dozen options

I know some people will just selectively remember the first 20 mins where Mendy was admittedly poor, but since that he's settled, been fine and he's actually put in three beautiful crosses. He should have had an assist or two here, but we're just not gambling on his crosses at all.

Just don’t seem to have that predatory striker who will take the gamble. Three of his crosses today have been great with a few overhit. After his shit show at Chelsea he has been ok today.

Someone has to find a way to be there for all those crosses. Those are easy goals for a natural finisher to collect. Even Sergio doesn’t seem to be on the wavelength of those balls but Mendys limitations would be a lot easier to live with if we got on the end of more of those passes

They'll start gambling. It's only about his 15th start since coming back from injury, and he's not been going forward as much until the restart.
