Sounds more like a frozen shoulder to me. Only injections will clear that up if it is.Anybody suffered with this it’s a right ball ache, dr just phoned don’t want to give you steroid injections due to covid blah blah. Pains awful all down right arm in shoulder etc tried voltarol no good can’t sleep stretch arm out,pick stuff up it’s shite. Even tramadol doesn’t work
Did the pain go down your arm into your fingers hurts just lifting a brew up, into your shoulder etc
I had bicep tendinitis recently and couldn't lift a brew. It affected shoulder, elbow, wrist, the lot.
