Officers were purportedly ‘on standby’ to search Wells, as well as other areas suggested by German prosecutors that could be burial sites, once they were given extra information.

German evidence must be compelling.

see this is the happy back slappers default position, that Pep is confident, all positives in the boardroom since they read the CAS report that was forwarded to them in advance of the decision. All the positivity is because we have been found not guilty, the press are quiet so that's a signal that we got found not guilty, Liverpool officials being upset we got away with it last week. Well if it makes you feel better believe the hype. I believe no one knows fuck all until the CAS report is released on Monday.

Except that CAS's own rules require them to give us advance notice.

I don’t know much but I’d agree with that. This is an administrative case what could Shiek Mansour possibly have to offer and even if he did I doubt he would 1) entertain the idea in the first place but 2) no way he would open himself up for something which, let’s face it, is pretty small in his world

I can’t imagine for a second that he knows or even cares about the ins and outs of City’s books and FFP standing. It’s for the birds that he gave spoken evidence
