Strange that UEFA has not tried to undermine these CAS proceedings with their usual character assassination,by way of their favorite Rag newspapers.

The silence is deafening,

I am trying not to read too much in to this.

I had Doc Lock as a 6th former but I really liked Nic Munday and Miss Forsyth. Paul Thompson was great and Brian Edwards was the most laid back teacher ever.

R64.5 In the arbitral award, the Panel shall determine which party shall bear the arbitration costs or in which proportion the parties shall share them. As a general rule and without any specific request from the parties, the Panel has discretion to grant the prevailing party a contribution towards its legal fees and other expenses incurred in connection with the proceedings and, in particular, the costs of witnesses and interpreters. When granting such contribution, the Panel shall take into account the complexity and outcome of the proceedings, as well as the conduct and the financial resources of the parties.

Above text is from CAS website. It pretty much explains it. Its the discretion of CAS to decide the proportion of cost paid by each party. Gernally, party who loses the case has to pay a portion of cost incurred by the successful party.

One of the club’s planks against UEFA in all this have been the constant leaks. They even took it to the CAS the first time to get it stopped so if, as I suspect, he has been tipped the wink by someone and sent the said tweet, it will not go down at all well in the boardroom where everything has been kept under wraps so as to avoid being called hypocrites...just my thoughts of course, but I do believe him...win or lose though I do believe he has burned his bridges and it is a huge shame...

Shame on supporters denigrating Ian Cheeseman. Give your head a good wobble.
