That would be nice.As much is required, Pep will get whom he wants. I even think he will sign an extension to his contract, which will be announced tomorrow at 9:31 am
This is what's strange, City have always tried to get value for money and be disciplined in the transfer market, in wage structure too, unlike the rags !Should we win tomorrow. How much money do we have to spend on transfers in the window? I’m sure no one will know down to the last pound, but a win tomorrow would mean spend big? And loss would mean a one in one out type of scenario?
I’d love us to break the transfer spend in an off season should we win. Just to really rub everyone’s noses in it. Not that we need that type of investment just to see what Delaney etc write afterwards would just be majestic.
I think I willYou won’t be one of them though....
Agreed in a Court of Law. However the Rules of evidence in Courts of Arbitration are significantly relaxed. In most, the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine, which is inherently a criminal law principle where there is a much higher standard of proof, simply doesn’t hold. They would definitely have been able to use the emails. However the weight the Arbitration panel would attach to it is debatable.
And you being such a bright, positive type too!!I think I will
Not a chance, both parties know and I believe have for some time, probably when UEFA and City agreed to delay the answer from the 10th until 13th July.Is it close to certain that City definitely already know the outcome or is there still a chance that CAS have not yet informed either party? Given no leaks, particularly from notoriously leaky uefa, I am still of the view that neither side might know until Monday morning - possible?
It’s paramount he does sign. It’ll be interesting to see how much teams will invest in the off seasonAs much is required, Pep will get whom he wants. I even think he will sign an extension to his contract, which will be announced tomorrow at 9:31 am
Right, I'll set my alarm clock !As much is required, Pep will get whom he wants. I even think he will sign an extension to his contract, which will be announced tomorrow at 9:31 am
We are in a better position than a 99% of clubs and it's now very much a buyers market. It’s paramount he does sign. It’ll be interesting to see how much teams will invest in the off season
I mean I won't sleep well, one of the biggest decisions for years this for City. And you being such a bright, positive type too!!
Chessy's exonerated line has been called into question by Tolmie (reasonably because he has to be honest) and hope lies largely with 'Pep knows'.I’ve got 133 pages to catch up on... any one be able to give us a quick update ?
Tolmie is a journalist, he has to be very careful with embargoes, I am sure he knows already, but I am also sure the club and his employer knows he post's on here.Chessy's exonerated line has been called into question by Tolmie (reasonably because he has to be honest) and hope lies largely with 'Pep knows'.
They’re still insignificant to be honest. I only say this as my Rag mate always says we’re obsessed with them. “We can’t stop comparing ourselves to them.” In a way he’s right. So I’ve now taken the moral high ground and just ignore him. This is what's strange, City have always tried to get value for money and be disciplined in the transfer market, in wage structure too, unlike the rags !
With all due respect to Tolmie I'd wager good money he (along with every journalist) doesn't know.Tolmie is a journalist, he has to be very careful with embargoes, I am sure he knows already, but I am also sure the club and his employer knows he post's on here.
It’s an American Criminal Law principle. I am Qualified in UK and US. The legal principles of Switzerland however would have applied and it is highly unlikely that fruit of the poisonous tree would apply in an Arbitration in any jurisdiction. The fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine doesn’t apply in English criminal law in any event; unless you count section 78 of PACE.
Sure he will tell us tomorrow after we all know for sure. With all due respect to Tolmie I'd wager good money he (along with every journalist) doesn't know.
