The Bluemoon/Cas/UEFA Pantomime Rolls on

Wonder how many pages we will have by the End Of this??

I have no idea but my gut feeling is this will be a fudge. 1 year means there won't be a mass exodus'of players but it also means UEFA don't lose face.
I know this has nothing to do with law but money talks and the old elite won't be happy if UEFA collapses.
The only way this can happen is if City does a deal with Uefa. Saving anybody's face is not the job of CAS. We refused to deal before saying we had done nothing wrong. If that is still our position the decision will be all or nothing. CAS will not announce a reduced sanction, again not their job.

This was one of the most biased and foolish articles written by anyone about the whole saga. It confirmed what I had always suspected..that David Conn is just a bluffer with little journalistic expertise. To produce this article, making out Yves Leterme to be some sort of saint, was laughable. He is asking people to show respect to UEFA...a proven corrupt organisation. I would like to know his motives for writing this.
It was bizarre. I'd always had a great deal of respect for him, even if I didn't always agree with him. But then he ran a story based on my tweet about the Etihad sponsorship being paid by the Executive Council and I can only assume got a telling off from The Guardian for publishing something that was potentially sympathetic or helpful to our case. He then produced utter shit like that, almost the next day. Vey bizarre that a man who spent almost his whole journalistic career exposing wrongdoing and corruption, and who wrote an excellent book about FIFA, should suddenly come out and support UEFA as some sort of paragon of virtue.

Fucking spell check !
"Spell check", eh? Riiight.

I’m afraid of a fudge too.

Guilty on a spurious technicality.

CAS pass it back to a quivering Cerafin

Uefa go for a 1 year ban or suspended ban + fine.

Fudge fudge fudge.

The mafia reach of the cartel and their threat to break away could still hold some sway in Uefa because things will never be the same again for Uefa & the cartel if we are cleared.
Ffs, CAS are making this decision, not Uefa.

Conn is a fucking wankstain.

If we lose i can see the club's statement only reiterating that we will be taking this to the next stage a Swiss court , and then eventually a european commision/court , Sheik Mansour/Khaldoon are not going to take any negative decision lying down and this why the Premier league will do nothing they have enough on their plate with COVID-19 , VAR etc , wihtout getting into litigation with us.

Whatever the result tomorrow we will make a fist of it like we always have done , being banned from europe is f*ck all compared to playing in the third tier and watching the Rags win everything , our supporters are going nowhere only our gloryhunting fans will be buying their Dipper tops next year.
