Swiss court ,unlikely but we might try ,if it goes against us tomorrow we just can't accept it

There are but very narrow and rarely succeed.

When you consider some of the cases CAS have judged on and some of the people along the way they have ruled against It fills me with confidence an upset UEFA would be the least of their worries. Similarly a lot more powerful organisations have lost at CAS so if they were to be corrupted, I would imagine its reputation would have already been tainted, which does not seem the case.

That's a very fair point, perhaps I am being overly cynical.

Sadly true, big tough keyboard warriors and virtue signallers aplenty on here these days. 4th is online the line for them, which as we know is huge. Anyway I pretty much agree with you, I just said sometimes I do wonder especially watching the very strange decision the other night. We see incompetence every week in the premier league but that was just bizarre.

Don't think there's any large scale corruption.

Effective lobbying from certain parties within UEFA to have this investigation started, most definitely. Same goes for the Premier League. All part of the political shenanigans to have things swayed your way. And of course it does help to have old executives from your club doing the lobbying from the inside. Think it's something City might have to look at to improve in the future.

Disheartened? Erm you are the one who claimed (and I am quoting): 1) football is corrupt at just about every level 2) the CAS panel are susceptible to pressure 3) with most of life, money wins 4) City are guilty of at best bending the rules, at worst breaking them 5) City will only 'win' on a point of procedure

you are correct. We see it every week. Just for one or two teams!! That isnt incompetence or it would be shared equally between all teams. Which we know it isnt!!
