CAS have reduced punishments if they consider the fine/ban excessive on previous occasions , they are a tribunal and mitigation i presume is part of their remit, not sure it will apply with our case though, it appears black or white

This is when appeals are to argue the punishment is too severe we have gone with false charges and it will be guilty ad charged or cleared !
