Here's a theory , if our club knew we had lost the appeal would they give a shit if it was leaked ? What more could CAS/UEFA do , its already a two year ban and 30m fine , increase the fine for leaking the decision.

by the same logic, the club wouldnt have minded a positive result leaked as UEFA were preparing for the Lisbon draw.

“CAS upholds the appeal of Manchester City FC” - this is very good.

Or:

“CAS dismisses the appeal filed by Manchester City FC” - this is very bad

Roughly what sort of % of appeals do they uphold? Yes, I am THIS desperate for something to cling to given the total lack of any plausible sounding leaks.
