Not one of those twaty media or jurnos anywhere to be seen. Cant wait to here from Tony Evan's, Rob Harris, David Conn Dan Roen and the rest.
 
Made up with result but the fine will ultimately be the stick people continue to beat us with when presuming our guilt.
It's given certain sections of the media a get out and reason to continue their deliberate painting of our club in a negative light.
But today is a good day and we should all enjoy it.

Article 56: Responsibilities of the licensee

I wonder why we didnt comply with UEFA in this sense? Was it cause we werent confident that they woudlnt leak the info and try and spin it, were we disorganised (highly unlikely)? It was something that stood out in the original interviews/statements from the club as they had said they had fully complied with UEFA

Also Im not sure I understand the time frame thing -is it:

a) they (CAS) didnt have time to investigate fully
b) any breaches we have made were prior to FFP rules and therefore not relevant.



Not that any of it matters anyway - the main thing is we won, no ban and fuck the scousers, cheating red scum, and the likes of Bayern who Im sure were probably somewhere in the background in all of this.
