The way I’ve read it is that may be the point. The issues are time barred so we shouldn’t answer to them, and that we were not very helpful (ha!), so fined €10m.Sky twisting the verdict, making out that we still failed ffp but cas thought the punishment was too harsh.

Having read the UEFA statement I have to agree with your assessment. Whilst I am obviously delighted about the overturning of the ban I have felt all along that only a complete exoneration would finally kill the rumours and allegations being made by the Press, supporters of other Clubs and other UEFA affiliated organisations like La Liga.
This has the feeling of “case not proven” rather that “not guilty”
