CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Just listened to that scouse prick on TS. Fucking clueless. It’s one thing having an opinion on FFP (right or wrong), it’s another entirely to start spewing absolute shite about governments etc. This tit was basically accusing us of getting intelligence agencies involved. Yeah mate, when we heard the charges we got on the blower to James Bond to sort it for us. Cock.

Someone should phone in and before being cut off, say its funny Dippers commenting on it when their sponsors have actually been fined recently for money laundering, them failing FFP on a few occasions but not qualifying for anything for it to be held against them and ask there the 50 million in the books for the new ground vanished to and saying thanks to them English clubs have missed out on European football enough

Anyone reckon UEFA added the time past failure of FFP, knowing full well it would get backhealed. But obviously CAS mention in the report, then we still looked guilty as UEFA knew they couldn't win.

Not sure but they were a bit thick trying to charge us with anything that was time embargoed. I suppose the media storm after charging us had the desired affect for them though. We have at least given some ammo to those in UEFA, that are trying to clear out the cartel members.

Not even going to click on that.

What part of CAS's findings are they finding so hard to understand.
The part which conflicts with their myopic, potentially islamophobic, certainly ill informed, and definitely not in their clubs interests, view of the world. I genuinely expected better of Winter. The rest, not so much.
I'm feeling rather chipper today.

I wonder if the UEFA chamber and panel will come under immense internal scrutiny now? Surely Ceferin can’t be happy as this has left UEFA looking like a laughing stock internationally.

I think there is an scenario where Ceferin will be happy, it will strength his power in re-organising UEFA into a independent governing body There are plenty of others as well of course

I do hope those fools who were stating confidently only yesterday that a loss today wouldn't have put the entire City project in serious jeopardy are reading the tweets today from the usual journalist suspects.

If this is the filth they write after we have won, won big, and saved the game of football, one can only imagine what we would have been reading today if we had lost.

We would have been ruined commercially and reputationally for a generation.

But we won and today has been a great day. I've thrown my worry beads away.
Alright you called the outcome wrong mate.
Just leave it at that.

Clubs are hating City because of Pep and he has made City a strong and capable club across Europe and, the teams or clubs who are fighting City through UEFA wanted him to manage their clubs, but this Man choose City and I am glad he did and i also really like him to succeed. One of the reasons why the hate still persist from those clubs is that City are now more stronger than before and these clubs see it and they can't phantom it. City could have injuries problems in the season and yet will
still compete than before.
P.S: THEY(HATRRD GROUP) ALSO HEARD FROM THEIR PEERS THAT PEP IS STAYING AT CITY AS LONG AS THE CLUB NEEDS HIM AND THAT HAS BEEN ONE OF THE ISSUES WHY THEY HATE CITY THAT MUCH.
