Just watched the Mourinho presser too, nothing to see there either, basically said we shouldn’t have even been fined a pound and it’s disgraceful.

I completely agree with him, I find it odd and am not happy with the CAS statement

What have MCFC’s financial resources got to do with anything? Or the CFCBs lack of investigative means?

CAS even said UEFA leaks were worrisome. So can UEFA now ask for info off us every year and leak it to the press? And if we then refuse to give them the info, we pay €10M each year because we’re rich?

I agree with Mourinho, we were not guilty and it’s a disgraceful decision. “Even if it was a pound, out of principle”.

The fine is proportional to our resources in the same way that a Premier League player gets fined £5000 for speeding whereas most people get fined £200. That's all that means.
 
I've noticed that over the last few years people think Man City (and PSG) have obviously cheated at every opportunity.

How come nobody ever asks what the other clubs are up to? Like Man United and Liverpool and Bayern and Real Madrid and Juventus are all squeaky clean in their affairs?

Just like the dippers who got extremely giddy when Dubai International Capital (DIC) expressed interest in buying Liverpool in 2008 and again when the Chinese Investment Corporation (CIC) did likewise in 2010. They were going to buy the best players in the world with all the money they'd have.
