The players have just come off a three-month break, when they were able to recharge their batteries and now they’re flying.
A short interlude to prepare for the Réal Madrid game, then after the Champions' League, however far we get, they should still be in pretty good shape for the new PL season.

One master, many tentacles.The PL mandate would have been split between making sure that the dippers got the help as their first priority , and once league was secured making sure that the rags got the help to get them into the CL.
