As the CAS judgement says, there is still an ongoing investigation at UEFA's ethics committee regarding City's complaints about the leaks
If they find for us I suppose we could ask for our money back, but preferably that those who were leaking the information are dismissed

I don't often do this but that BBC article has annoyed me enough to make a complaint. It's completely unacceptable that some bitter rag/dipper on their sportsdesk can get away with such a transparently biased article on a supposedly impartial public broadcast service and it's the main article no less.

what's remarkable is the IC and AC have gone "the email says 8m + 59.5m, and the financial records say 8m + 59.5m, so that proves the email was correct" and that's it. That's like a chef at a vegan restaurant sending a text "can you pick me up some cheese on your way to work?", then seeing an item in the bank statement for "cheese", thus the restaurant can't be vegan because someone bought cheese.

So not only were the accounts time barred but top officials from Etihad & Etisalat submitted evidence from their accounts which proved ADUG did not make any payments.
I haven't seen or heard one single news station or journalist mention this.
