Also we’re probably sending Yangel Herrera there on loan with the option to buy. The window could still be full of bargains but I don’t think this is an indication either way.

Yes I know but it’s been reported that they wanted the assurance that he will go before completing this deal. They are separate financial deals but it was taken into consideration during the negotiations.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out with the other Spanish kid we have signed, Moreno. He's a couple of years younger and will probably go straight into the u23s, but given where he is upto at the moment (on the edge of the first team at Juve) and the promise he showed at La Maisa, he is another who will be looking to get into the first team squad sooner rather than later. Thats 2 of the top young Spanish attacking talents. Maybe we are hedging our bets or keeping Pep interested!

We signed another 18 yo from Belgium too, a RB. We seem to be going late teens rather than 15/16 yo at the moment.

IMO, in our team playing for Pep, he’ll be better than Sane. Though we won’t see the very best of him until late next season or the season after.
