He was very good to have round the place. Can turn his hand to anything. Put a bit of coving up in the boardroom, put some new pipework in the clogged showers in the gym, only man in the club who could change a headlight bulb on a Renault. Worth his wages and some

Ok my gut instinct tells me Messi would not cut it in the prem. I joke but my point is you seem to be saying you do not like him based on nothing. Even instinct should be based on something otherwise its just meaningless throw away remark. Have you seen him play. Have you at least looked at his stats etc

I’ve honestly only seen highlights and I’m basing it on the fact he’s 25 and done nothing of note. Equally I’m clouded by my desire to see city blood more youngsters and I think Gazunu could genuinely be a very good goalie.

I’m well aware I could be absolutely wrong about Zack and my comments should 100% be taken with a pinch of salt.

Only to pour water on the fire. If any player ends up being decent for city then of course I don’t give a shit who he is or where he came from. My comments at the beginning of the thread were posted out of my bias for blooding youngsters as I’ve said above
 
Hypocritical considering my username and all - and obviously I would be very excited to see Steffen claim the backup spot and perform well - but it drives me up the wall the club continues to use a foreign spot on the backup keeper.
 
The youth keepers aren't ready to step up just yet. Muric's loan spell didn't go as well as planned.
 
Tracked a lot of the reports on him prior to his injury and by most accounts he was a very good keeper for Fortuna Dusseldorf but had a shite defense in front of him.
