Even the CIA doesn't go as far as to say it is known

If I actually was a "Trumpet" it would be a dealbreaker for me. Bush and Obama had more tho

I personally believe mainstreaming white power ideology and normalizing fascist rhetoric is far more dangerous to average people than mainstreaming Critical Race theory, but then again I’m not especially insecure.

Ok, he tried to get Russia into the G8 after it was strongly suspected that they were paying the Taliban to kill Americans, and he didn’t even challenge Putin about it or try to look into it further.

Yea, cities are burning, defunding/dismantling the police is a thing, protests encouraged in a pandemic, "anti-racism" religion, struggle sessions, founding father statues being toppled, cancelling and so on ...not an issue

I've already alluded to the 'uncertainty yardstick' in the grading of intelligence a few pages back. From what I've seen in open source reporting we are talking 'Highly probable or highly likely' that the reporting is true, which has an associated probability range of 75-85% (this may be higher).

In intelligence circles, the ONLY way you can know if something is 100% true is if you are observing it in real time with your own eyes. Anything else reported as intel from another source or sources is only ever reported as high as 'Almost certain' which has an associated probability of >90%. This is true even if 100 people all see the same thing and corroborate each others observations.

Also, 'highly probable' is unlikely to be single source reporting.

What’s wrong with reducing funding to a militarised police force. Do most police departments need tanks? Couldn’t that money be better spent in society?

First of all, your post has nothing to do with what I wrote. I expressed a distinction; I didn’t say either were or were not problems in my own mind. Second, you should support Trump if you’re so concerned with one and not the other. But you don’t. And you aren’t voting for any Democrat either. So what do you do to fix America?

Just as an aside, neither Naked Gun 2 1/2 nor Dragnet (the movie) would have been as good without police tanks — integral to the plots.

A distinction between something actually occurring and something which is not.

I don't know. Something akin to "Unity2020" may have been worth getting onboard with if it had started earlier - if I was American.

I've not seen the current stat's, but I think there are certainly less than there were.

The Bearcat, although not a track-driven vehicle is still a military grade armoured fighting vehicle, and has no place in any civil police department, neither do assault rifles.
