Josep Maria Bartomeu is a slime ball, he will not step down and has not intention of doing so.

In fact I think he would be happy for Messi to leave, Barca takes almost 1m week of the wage bill and looks like it could also get some sort of 'transfer fee" for a 33 yr old, who is out of contract in 12 months time anyway.
