Kalidou Koulibaly

fucking ADL.
wouldn’t even mind but he’s the type of **** that if we did go straight in and give him what he’s asking for, €75mil he’d take the piss anyway “well untied were offering us €100mil! Why aren’t you matching it?”
Plus of course he loves airing it in public and painting us as the bad guys “boo hoo they refuse to deal with me directly because I have a proven track record of being a ****” get over it and do what’s best for your players and club you fucking rodent.

this deal will get done for €75mil incl bonuses this week is my guess but it’s fucking tiresome waking us and seeing ‘city agree to pay over 70’ And then within the hour ‘city refuse to go above 65’all from the same Italian sources telling us how upsetying and difficult ADL is finding it.

Let’s get it done and never deal with him again.

ADL is a film producer so I expect he loves the drama and theatre of a negotiation, particularly when its in regards to a coveted asset..

ADL is behaving like there are numerous clubs interested and there's money flying around everywhere and he can play clubs off against each other and ramp up the price - as he has done (successfully) on previous occasions. This scenario only exists in ADL's head, we seem to be the only club interested, the player wants to join us, even if another club is sniffing around they won't be chucking 80m on the table. ADL is playing by the old rules, blissfully unaware it seems that clubs have a significantly reduced income, future revenues are uncertain and the planet is heading for a major recession (a quick look at Napoli's finances might sober him up!). ADL ultimately has to get real - sell to City for what we are offering or don't sell - its simple. As for those who keep saying throw in another bid - that simply wont work - we have set a price and told ADL via the players agent and ADL just wants more, that's his modus operandi - that's what he always does he rinses you... you offer more and he demands more again. City are playing this well; ADL needs to play by our rules and not his - put reasonable money on the table and let reality sink in - ADL is not getting more - sell at City's valuation or don't sell.

TL;DR

ADL is a ****.

Rueben Dias is the better bet than Diego Carlos but again he is still too raw to make the step up.
