Can't see Pep take Tosin back if Stones becomes 3rd or 4th choice. Plus it's better he gets another loan after his good spell at Blackburn, regular footy will do him well instead of featuring in odd cup game. He can really become a solid played in the next 2 years or so if he stays fit and plays regular. Then I can see him back at City
