General Videogame Thread

I wish Blizzard would port world of Warcraft over to consoles now, you can easily add a keyboard and mouse and I’d ditch my PC completely.

Yeah but I can sit on my lovely sofa and play PS4/5 on a lovely 85” UHD screen.

Red Dead Redepmption 1/2
Horizon Zero Dawn

I think there is potentailly also room for an Assassin's Creed movie franchise - Origins, Odysssey, Valhalla for a start.

The spare room affords me privacy for when i just fancy browsing the web ;-)

Trying to convince the wife we need a new tv but she isn't falling for it at the moment.

I would of said Elder Scrolls would make an amazing fantasy franchise, but maybe the fantasy genre is a bit over crowded these days.

Netflix for games is the common comparison. Instant access to over 250 games that are downloaded and playable off line. All of Microsoft’s first party games are available day one on Game Pass and stay on there. Games like Gears, Halo, Forza and upcoming games like Obsidian’s Avowed, Playground’s Fable, Hellblade 2, Everwild and Psychonauts 2.

It really is a sick deal and if you get Ultimate you also get online play included, Game Pass for PC, Xcloud (free streaming to Android) and EA Access/Play included.

That was my present to myself at the start of lock down. Cancelled 2 holidays and the flights for my family coming over to RSA so thought fuck it. Wasn’t too bad tbh.
