I just listened to the Transfer Window Podcast with Duncan Castles and another football fella, and they say our offer for Koulibaly is 60m euros and 3m in add-ons, which is quite reasonable for a 29-year old. An agreement looks close.
No.He did and our two centre backs, in what was the most hostile atmosphere I’ve experienced in a ground, were Stones and Otamendi, who both scored. Thought provoking?

You say ‘quite reasonable’ and you are correct but we are dealing with a sociopath - so don’t assume a thing!
Thank god for that. I hate when transfer drag on for months...

€63m = £58m.
I would be pleasantly surprised if we got it done for <60 GBP. The current Napoli asking price seems to be €75m/£69m so there's a long way between the reported offer and the reported asking price.
But we try and be the good guys in the market by not paying over the odds, then lo and behold someone else comes in and pays the asking price. Believe you me, the more we fanny around on this proposed deal, the rags or someone else will step in and pay the fee that Napoli want. Then we're back to square one with very little time left in the window. Two factors make this price realistic:
1. He’s 29, and if he fails at City for whatever reason, it’ll be a huge loss financially as we would never get back that money.
2. He had a mediocre season which could indicate a temporary slip or a more permanent development, nobody really knows.
I don’t think we should pay much more.
I agree, just pay up.Who cares what Napoli need? We need a top defender, and we should therefore pay up.

Depends entirely on the player, if like Sane he sticks to his guns, nobody else comes in. If like Jorginho he doesn’t then they might. Doesn’t sound like he’s for changing his mind though, us or staying at Napoli. But we try and be the good guys in the market by not paying over the odds, then lo and behold someone else comes in and pays the asking price. A PSG fan posted on here a couple of days ago and he mentioned that he doesn't think they will be in for KK.I dont think there is anyone out there that can pay the fee that's why we are sticking to our guns I think most clubs are in the shite financially and need to sell before they buy unless there owners help them out which rules the rags out the only ones that I worry about is psg but again I get the feeling they won't be doing much this window.
