If you're Danny Ings, finally getting into the spotlight after 4 years of injury riddled hell, finally getting a chance to get in the England side, compete for the golden boot etc....

Why would you move to Manchester City to be 3rd choice striker and start 6 Premier League games?
England chances despite recent call up slim given our forward players. There’s also £.
Given games this year and next, he’d get plenty of game time I reckon. Having said that he’ll be too expensive

Sounds like Ruben Dias is done then. Hope we have funds/time for one more signing, hopefully a midfielder, and maybe a loan deal for a striker.

But efforts could be put into moving Oti, Garcia and possibly Zincenko on.

From what I've seen/heard/read he can't defend for shit. Not sure that's really a good move. It is a difficult position to buy for. I wonder if they may consider that young French kid City and United have both been heavily linked with.
Camavinga? Reports from France seem to indicate he's all but done to Madrid for next summer.

I'd prefer Grimaldo to Telles, also from Benfica. He's a La Masia graduate I think, technically sound as well. Surprised we haven't been in for him considering he wouldn't be so expensive either.

Hahahahaha. What a crock of shit.

He’s light years behind KDB but can hopefully get to his level one day.

Doesn’t mean foden isn’t class because he is but to say he’s just as good as KDB at 20 is laughable.

Imagine if you and @brooklandsblue2.0 had a lovechild. That level of intellect is something we can only dream about and aspire to. I bow to your superior knowledge of players' relative abilities.

He didn't say as good, he said impactful, being able to play regularly & have a positive impact on the team, help in terms of workrate and creating chances. No one's saying he's on the same level. Foden has given our attack and midfield great energy ever since he's been a regular.

Point still stands- nobody in the world can be as impactful from midfield as KDB which is why he’s the best midfielder in the world. Saying a 20 year old kid can be just as impactful is laughable.
