He finished last season very brightly too,i made sure I followed his progress.The problem is Bielsa loves him and we gave Leeds a ridiculously low option to buy.

Don’t think age will affect Kevin Walker or Mahrez much at least not till the year after next

but surely its only an option to buy - we dont have to sell if we have given them that do we?

Walker i agree on - KDB not so sure - part of his game is very dynamic and unliek Walker and someone like Sterling I dont think he has that natural level of fitness and recovary that we have heard Pep talk about with the likes of Sterling.

Anyone could make the guesses you do...its a 50-50 choice - for your information I never said Koulibaly was or wasnt coming - I hoped he would. He didnt, we got someone else who looks decent.

The question you ignored of mine the other day was do you ever say someone is coming? You have a stock response to other transfers which is "not coming/not happening" or something similar

Just because you get it right doesnt mean you knew it - you just guess often with the most pessimistic choice of the 50-50

So an opt to buy is pretty binding...we have to hold to it if they take the optin -we cant up the price or just say no...i thoguht that was the difference between obligation and option?

Surely if we give them an option to buy but for instance he has 2 years left on his contract then we control that as he has that contract?

They have the option to buy. We can't say that we have changed our mind.
Not sure if we have given them a set amount or not.
Again though, if the player refuses to accept their offer, he doesn't have to sign the contract.
With an obligation to buy, they don't have the option to say no thanks. They have to buy him.

I thought Harrison was in his last year of his contract? (His contract expires on 31/5/21 according to transfermatkt)
Not sure why we have loaned him to Leeds until his contract expires.

I know a Leeds fan who said he has been very impressive for them in the Championship plus he scored a cracking goal against Liverpool

Hope not,but obviously the player would need to be on board and fancying his chances of making it here.Obviously this all depends on our manager wanting him,and i'd say the signs of that aren't great.
