Funnily enough I remember people use to say smoking was fine as they had a grandad in this 80’s smoked all his life...cigidiots...
Grandad probably didn’t want to live to 100, who can blame himFunnily enough I remember people use to say smoking was fine as they had a grandad in this 80’s smoked all his life...cigidiots...
It’s not a smoking discussion, just a bit of perspective in light of the daily updates of deaths and a reminder that people die of things other than covid. The smoking discussion probably belongs in a different thread folks, lets keep this one to covid.
It's a smoking discussion, not related to covid, people die in car crashes, we're not discussing that here either, so take it elsewhere. It’s not a smoking discussion, just a bit of perspective in light of the daily updates of deaths and a reminder that people die of things other than covid.
We were discussing people wearing masks whilst driving a car, I will take that to the car crash thread then because it is dangerous haha, especially if you are wearing glovesIt's a smoking discussion, not related to covid, people die in car crashes, we're not discussing that here either, so take it elsewhere.
That's also not really relevant to this thread, anyone wearing a mask in their own car is a fool, unless it's a taxi, there should never be a need if you're following the current rules. We were discussing people wearing masks whilst driving a car, I will take that to the car crash thread then because it is dangerous haha, especially if you are wearing gloves

That's why they are culling them. Unless you live in Denmark, how will that affect you,see theres a new strain in minx farms in denmark that could be vaccine resistant ffs.will this year ever stop being shit.
Just been speaking to friends over there... He's gutted there'll be no new willy warmers this year !)That's why they are culling them. Unless you live in Denmark, how will that affect you,
If it spreads as they think it’s jumped to humansThat's why they are culling them. Unless you live in Denmark, how will that affect you,
I wasn't aware smoking related illnesses were contagious. Passive smoking apart. That’s a good thing right? You can control a virus to an extent but it has to spread. And for perspective less people will die this year through covid than smoking related illnesses and you can legally go and contribute towards that problem.

Same way a virus in Wutan affected us a few months later. That's why they are culling them. Unless you live in Denmark, how will that affect you,
Fair enoughSame way a virus in Wutan affected us a few months later.
Is it not the cases that they’re particularly concerned about a cluster of 12 individuals from within that group of 200? It is what has affected these twelve that has caused the current alarm. This has been around since June, has infected 200 people in Denmark. How many others have slipped through the net not knowing if they have had it and gone to other areas in Europe.
Unfortunately covid will find a way to spread, it jumped from one species to one human in Wuhan, it’s got plenty of population to burn through in Europe. Hopefully Denmark has done enough to deal with what’s happened but it could reset everything produced on the vaccine front back to where we were in the beginning of the year.
