Liverpool (H) - Post-Match Thread

Think this game was a victim of what a weird season is and will be.

Petered out after the first 45 mins.

Saying that we should have won and wasted a number of chances to do so. Don't remember ederson having a save to make.

Really like the look of the defence now too.

We just need something going forward.

Cancelo by far the best player on the pitch. Starting to look a proper player.
 
We should've won that. The penalty miss & Jesus miss were telling. I'd have thought Foden with 20 mins to go for Gundogan was the obvious move and could've made a difference.

Not a lot between us & them, but the problem is the chasing pack has caught up.

We need a goal scorer in January. That's obvious.
 
Piss poor. Pep got it entirely wrong first half, klopp did him tactically, we were a mess and god only knows how we managed to go in at halftime level. Having got away with it though the second half was our chance to change it, utilise the bench bring on the energy of Bernardo and Foden and go and win that.

instead, we played a fucking keep ball rondo at the back for 45 minutes against a completely makeshift scouse defence and didn’t even use Foden when sterling and kdb were both dogshit and asking to be subbed.

A draw is no use to us here, but for Liverpool it’s a great point.

Not good enough and that’s worryingly becoming a regularly used phrase.
 
Not good enough by a long shot . Sterling was terrible and is so ball greedy it’s unreal . We missed a penalty but that happens . They were there for The taking
 
A quarter of the season in, 12th . Didn't even try to win that game in the second half. Fucking joke!
 
we were good second half but created little but should have won.every 50 50 went there way
