Which seems pointless if that's the case,
Never recieved the scan code either so they took car reg which came up with my details,but had to call a mobile numb,to speak with someone who by chance was fking stood by my passenger door,

Had a test a couple of weeks ago at Belle Vue Speedway stadium and my experience was far better and smoother than yours. Walked up and was the only one there at the time - straight in and out in a few minutes. I did have the same lingering concerns as to whether I’d done it properly though but think I did. Results back at 3am the very next morning by e-mail and also by text message.

I wasn’t being tested, it was my teenage daughter, and I felt they spoke to her in a very brusque manner and I thought, if this was my 81 year old mum, she’d be in tears. I work with under 5s and their parents so I know what it is to work with the public and be at risk. You can still be polite and sympathetic if people get it wrong. Maybe you had a better experience than me, or maybe customer relations have improved since early August.

Guess it's a very tricky wire they're balancing on. They were very polite with me but also very firm in their instructions, which I welcomed. Maybe a more emollient tone would be better suited for the young/old.

That's where I went and was very impressed.

The home off Rugby union I had to go to.
Hoping to get the text/email like you as I said previously starting a new job back up north,

Mine was at the Ethad. Maybe Belle Vue is friendlier!
 
This is reality not vaccine fantasy it is likely when crowds are allowed back in stadiums towards end of next year the stadiums will be one third full and chanting and singing will be banned
 
Saw the weather forecast earlier and noticed the first presence of snow on there this year. It was up in the far north of Scotland but it made me think of another thing that covid is going to ruin for us this year. The childlike excitement of getting a snow day off work. You jump out of bed and open your curtains to be greeted by a whiteout and you get that momentary flutter of joy as you think 'ooh I'm not going to go in today, what a novelty I'm going to be able to stay at ho........... oh'

Not vaccine fantasy no,nor reality, it's in your head fantasy.
 
It is what is most likely to happen. I admit no one knows the future perfectly but listen to what fauci says in the usa. Stop indulging in vaccine fantasy this is going to be a long haul. Yes things may be slightly better in a years time but nowhere near back to what they were. I dont think nightclubs will reopen again

Obviously it isn't a fantasy, the results show there will be a vaccine, most like starting this year most likely finished by summer. Not certain, but likely.

Fauci didn't say masks and social distancing were here to stay. He just said he thinks its a good idea to carry on being cautious until we know how effective the vaccine is after its distributed. At no point did he imply they're here forever though.

It's a recommendation too. Of course he is going to err on the side of caution. I can't find any mention of 2025 and Fauci either.
