If you look at our players who performed in the international games they probably get a lift when there is no parked bus it must be frustrating as fcuk week in week out playing against parked buses and teams score from there first shot.

No different to many games as the pattern is so familiar.
Dominate having the ball without actually hurting the opposition, pass or ponder when an opening looks like presenting itself. Then get caught with the first attack and they score. We just continue playing the same way.
Total reliance on Kev as those around him are not on the same wavelength. Good individuals but just don’t complement each other as a team. We seem to tire in games which was previously the fighting spirit and play till the end.

Alarming isn't the word. We need to face it, we're a bang average team. The 18 month regression is obvious. I think it may be down to a bit more than the effects of the back to back title winning seasons that some clowns on here assume. They'll still be rolling that one out in 2027. The game plan isn't obvious to me. Much more of this and Top 4 looks dodgy.

Pep has to change as well on a lot of levels and if he cannot or won't you can be assured he won't be in charge next season.

We have no fight and are way too easy to play against and create nothing in the areas of the pitch that matter.
Too many sides know how to pick us off now and we have no answers.
Obviously a large number of this squad are at the cross roads in this team.

So you don’t believe that Pep is an honourable man, that he is cheating his friends and the Chairman someone he obviously has a lot of respect for, also that he is lying to the fans and the players just to get more money when he probably more than enough already?No but people always want more. We are a team in need of huge transition - its not just one issue there are a number of issues....Other teams have improved and gone beyond us because their investment has been sound....
Liverpool - Mane, Salah, Firmino - all bought since we had aguero - who have we got that is at their standard on a weekly basis? Sterling is one....but Jesus isnt (and im not blaming him for today but he aint at their standard). Sane could have been but left......Mahrez (HAHAHHAAHAHAHA) - the guy is a joke he is that bad.
Midfield since we bought Dihno?.....Rodri and Gundogan - would either of those two get in Liverpools team or Chelsea or Leicesters? - No is the answer = Chelsea, liverpool have both invested very wisely buying decent players.....
left back - we simply havenot got anyone in at all - Mendy is the worse buy of the modern era
it took us a season (two summer trnasfer windows) to replace Kompany.
We also have coming up to replace Aguero and Ferna - make no mistake about it...get that wrong as wrong as we have in buying Rodri, Gundogan, Mendy and Mahrez (and there are others as well) and we will have regressed back to just above the point where we were when we first started.
David Silva - have we replaced him? - Pep said Foden but he aint playing him....so again it comes down to Gundogan and Bernardo Silva(who has regressed hugely) - neither are cutting it and Foden isnt getting the cahnce to prove whether he can or not.

I'm hoping the lack of goals is a lot to do with Aguero and Jesus' injuries, wasn't that Jesus 2nd PL game back from injury? Sterling up front with a well out of form Mahrez seems to have ruined the form of all our front line, they've forgotten what it feels like to have a goal scoring threat by the looks of it. Mahrez needs to be benched, that worldie he scored on international duty was the worst thing that could have happened from a City perspective.
Not being a doom monger here but I have a horrible feeling this will be the season where Sergio declines drastically. I think he’ll rarely be fit and when he does feature he won’t be match fit. Just a Hunch but I feel the days of him having any impact on our seasons have sailed.
Nope. There will always be games where we concede the 1st goal. We had 85 minutes to score two and we didn't score any. We didn't concede 3 in 30 minutes. There were many games in 17/18 and 18/19 where we weren't leading, but the team fought back to win the game, often in the last few minutes of the match. We're not creating enough, and when we do create the finishing is dogshit.Today the defence was the problem. Conceding that first goal allowed them to funnel everyone behind the ball, to defend for their lives and then pick us off when we turned the ball over.

Certainly would of tested better with a victory, Would of been a nice pick me up with all thats going on. Not going to let the result get to me tonight, Spent too many weekends in the horrors after a bad result and letting it get to me all weekend, Gradually I have tried to learn not to ruin my weekend completely. Before you know it your in work Monday again...Won't that ruin the taste?
It is what it is, The players are going home with an extra 200k in their bank whilst I'm at home pisssd off...Nah that's not happening anymore.
