He seemed completely unaware that Garcia has refused to sign a new contract and, barring a sale in January, when his existing one expires in June he's off on a free to Barcelona.
The commentators got everything wrong. The didn't know City's formation, they missed the penalty shout on Sterling in real time, they didn't call the Rodri offside for our disallowed goal, they got lots of names wrong, said Foden didn't have the pace to play wide left (he was the fastest on the field) and also repeated the fake Foden's game time narrative.
Their reporter topped it off by saying to Fern straight after the match: "Congratulations on your win."

God you're picky !

Foden is one of the fastest players at the club. Apparently faster than Kyle Walker. Keown makes a fool of himself everytime he opens his mouth.

Not after the Porto right back had finished with him, I bet!

I remembered seeing that speed thing when it came out.

Ian Darke is truly awful, should have stuck to boxing

I usually find Ian Darke reasonably harmless compared with the likes of Tyler, but he had a nightmare last night. Didn’t understand what was always a borderline offside on Rodders for the goal, routinely confused Rodri and Dias, but his best (ie worst) effort was getting Ferran T mixed up with Bernardo
Walking a tightrope then. If he gets the names of black players mixed up once he’ll be toast!

To be fair no fucker knew why the goal was disallowed for at least 5 min

Last night they were obviously doing the commentary from a studio but tried to make out they were at the stadium. Laughed when they said that they had no idea why goal disallowed as had not seen VAR decision. Well you wouldnt if you were not there and awaiting on Portugese tv to show it. As well, I believe Keown was at the BBC studios yesterday afternoon.

I see the shits at the bbc footy page have got hold of that bitter porto newsletter and are revelling in sharing its content on their "unbiased" site, inc details of Bernies supposed racism.

This reminds me....has cavani been charged for doing the exact same thing yet?
Actually don’t see anything wrong with it they mentioned what Porto wrote in a newsletter and about Bernardo, the irony is they are the real racists after the abuse mario and Yaya got when we last played them, which the bbc mention..

Its the eagerness to "advertise" our opponents grievances with us that annoys me, is it really article worthy.

I suspect that if porto had sung our praises, it would be nowwhere near the bbc footy page.

I also suspect that the reference to Bernado and racism outlined within the newsletter is deflective, given the current position of one of their red darlings.

I admit to not liking the bbc though, so I am not as understanding as it seems some are re their articles.
