It's always about the next game ... but this time perhaps it's about the one after this one ...

In the Champions League though we have already qualified for R16, secured top spot in the group as well ... and no result here would change that either way. Only thing riding on the fixture for the club is a win brings in €2.7 million, a draw €900k while a loss brings in nothing ... not sure how much of that would influence Pep's mind though so expect him to rest every player he needs wrapping up in cotton wool for the derby or he would play those he thinks need some sort of rythm going into the weekend ...

Expect a mix of kids ... except Delap!

If kev is anywhere near i will cry

they will all be on the bench as you can name the full squad and 5 subs. but like you say KBD should be watching from the stand even if we are losing you leave him out

For me, it's a case of resting all who need it and similarly minutes to some. Tell them go out and enjoy, all pressure is off.

The team will probably be close to what we played against Porto. Mad if Laporte doesn't start again, though. Personally i'd like to see Laporte at left back against United, for that extra stability.

Foden should get a full 90 mins because we all know Pep won’t play him against the rags.

Which, again, will be a mistake by Pep if it happens. A grave one, actually. Because this is a nothing match. And if there's one person who will be pumped up against the rags, it's him.
Neither he nor Kev should be near this match. Bernardo needs these kinds of games to play himself into form and restore his confidence.

We've conceded 0 goals in our last 4 games and you want 'extra stability' against a side that got beat by Istanbul Bastarddakishire?
