West Brom (h) post-match thread

The only logical explanation I can think of is it’s CL or bust this year and we’re good enough defensively to make top 4 so why tire ourselves out.

Or some fucking horseshit like that.
Stp this nonsense. How the fuck would we win a champions league? You'd have to actually score a few goals .

Worst football since Pearce. Absolutely dreadfull stuff.
You work your ass off all day, and look forward to a City match when you come home, and they serve up shit like this game after game. It just isnt worth the aggro at the moment.

Bossed it second half. Fucking sucks, need Jesus out for Kun asap. Jesus literally has 0 movement.

Gundogan was absolutely outstanding tonight. The rest were fucking garbage. Yes a lot of it goes down to the manager, Staying as a back four with Rodri holding for 90 minutes against a West Brom team with 11 men in their own box.
Having said that, Sterling is fucking dogshit on front of goal never ever convinces us he's going to score when he gets an opportunity.
Cancelo, Ake, Rodri, Sterling, Jesus, De Bruyne not at the races at all tonight. Honestly Cancelo wouldn't get a game for us in our 1995 side...He's complete and utter dogshit.

I'm so pissed off at that shambles.

Fucking wank slow passing and Rodri pace everywhere.
Shite signings bar two or three.
Seemingly no ambition to go toe to toe in the transfer market with G14 clubs so we end up with average players now.

Absolutely fucking shit.

lucky to get 4th,never replaced the players who have departed with same quality, afraid peps here for the covid ride when it blows over he moves on to better thiings under better circumstances
It's never easy to replace 4 players who'd be in our all time team. Can't be done.

As for Pep I'm ambivalent.
.

Who in their right mind takes Foden off and leaves Plodri on when we need a goal to win the game? Fucking ridiculous. Thank you and goodbye Pep.
Foden offered nothing in that game, if you can't see that you're willfully ignorant.

The double pivot is not the reason we failed to win this game. Gundogan was our best threat by a mile.

No tempo, No fluidity and to start with two defensive midfielders at home against a struggling WBA. Terrible Pep just terrible.

All of you saying ‘who’s better than Pep’

You are part of the problem

Failing to call for a drastic change when it is needed and always seeking to defend the indefensible. Do you seriously think this man knows what he is doing?
Indeed. Like we lived before Pep and we’lo live after. Hands down hes been the best we’ve seen but saying hes the best when hes clearly lost is pointless.
