In what way doesn’t it answer the question?

Do you think Ireland should unify? That’s up to the people of Ireland. Seems like an answer to me.

I asked you to explain your previous post "the Irish question is a stumbling block but it doesn't have to last forever". Trying to clear up what you mean. You seem to be confirming that you mean there should be a referendum on Irish reunification, right?

Anyone would thing from these last few posts that MB is a poor defenceless child who needs to be looked after. He dishes out a lot more than he gets and whines when he gets it back.

Well the first sentence is a figment of your imagination. The second sentence is somewhat amusing from a remainer on a brexit thread:-)

Not at all but if there is a will for a referendum it would be hypocritical of me not to say fine as a leaver. I’m not strong on being nationalistic which may seem strange to some but it’s true.

The future isn’t set there are too many unknowns and things can change very quickly once a decision on a deal/no deal has been made. I think generally humans needs to be better at looking forward and the GFA is a piece of legislation that shouldn’t be looked upon like the American constitution, no good comes out of that.

Or the issue might be resolved by revised technology enabled processes

What's that supposed to mean? Sounds like you're suggesting Eire and Northern Ireland should unify?
I may be wrong here but doesn’t the WA specify NI will remain in both CUs until there’s a technological answer to the border question, that will both allow NI to leave the EU CU but whilst maintaining the GFA?

Just more inane bollocks from you as you score to make a cheap point

My post had nothing to do with N.I.
- You mention clean break.
- Bob mentions NI.
- You accuse him of pedantry.
- I suggest mentioning NI is not pedantry.

Not difficult to understand.
I’ll keep it simple for you in future.

You seem to often mistake me for someone that gives a single fuck about your views and your need to try and score cheap points

My post was not about N.I. at all - and therefore you are quite right to suggest that it is not difficult to understand why I labelled Bob's post as pedantry when he seeks to twist what I was referring to.

In the spirit of keeping it simple for you, your post is nonsense. I’ve already explained why.

They will remain in the EU Single Market/CU for goods until the people of NI vote otherwise. A technological solution may facilitate a vote to leave, but the status quo option is to remain.

Yeah that sounds correct based on what I’ve read.

Isn’t the vote via their parliament, rather than referendum?
