I honestly thought it was a chicken hat of some description at first since he was on the far side when the match started, I was trying to remember whether hats were allowed or not.

Extreme example mate & I’m pretty certain you know full well that’s not what I meant. Adam Johnson is not someone who is an ‘idiot’ which seems to be the issue people have with Grealish. Big difference between an idiot & a paedo

Fully understand that with regards to scouting mate. Yes I agree that it’s an honour to wear the shirt of any team, however, the question I asked was when did fans start to care what players do off the pitch? This seems to be a reasonably new trend for supporters & I don’t agree with it. If a player performs on the pitch, that’s all I care about unless they’re hurting somebody off the pitch.

I’d suggest with our current scouting, we would never have signed Andy Morrison due to his off field antics, which would definitely have meant the end of the club we all love.

I’d also suggest that dick heads can actually help a team.....Craig Bellamy springs to mind

We are talking different levels,i love a player with 'character' probably more than most.......and Bellamy was typical of that,he was awesome,the con's were outweighed by the pro's.

But Grealish seems a genuine bell end,i hope i'm wrong and it can be ironed out and we sign the kid because he is class on the field.

It just seems he doesnt learn,this year his misdemenours have added up,the drink driving being a final and unacceptable straw for many.

Interesting point about pros & cons from the clubs perspective, which I think is spot on.

However, I’d imagine that if a prime Messi had exactly the same misdemeanours as Grealish, I doubt supporters would be concerned about his off field antics due to what he does on the pitch.......is that pros & cons from supporters or plain double standards?

So i guess Walker, Stones, Mendy fall into that category or is it only players from another team??

Stones is a lucky boy, 18 months fucking around off the pitch took him to a hairs whisker from being sold on in Summer

Then their's Walker who was not only fucking around in Manchester but also on England duty

Mendy well hes just been a dick from day 1, more bothered about shit off the pitch than on it

Even Yaya was acting like a cnut in his last 2 years & Foden on England duty but I guess none are as bad as Grealish?

exactly that , Walker was a shit head at Spurs as well wasn’t he something about his Mrs and their dog lol, mendy also had a bad rep

Kinkladze
& Bellamy who all had massive impact at City.
Nowt wrong with a wrong un if they make a difference on the pitch
