I dont watch many games, only City and it was noticable how many times our players price was mentioned. I might be wrong but I dont remember him mentioning the Newcastle players fee's.
Goin by what's been said its only happens to City which doesn't surprise me.

I did laugh to myself when he started going on about Pep ditching his designer coat , thought what a knobhead.

I thought he commentary was decent last night, yes people have pointed out him mentioning the price of players, which arguably is a fair point, but I don't get the insults and its unlikely to endear the club to him for future commentaries.

You’re worried about him commentating on our future games now? He can’t be any worst than he was before now. Never mentions any transfer fees for any other club in the same manner as he does for us. He calls us sensitive, but he’s wrong. He’s just boring us and we’ve heard it all before.

Darke claimed he doesn't have an issue and it shouldn't be an issue about the price of City players. Someone looked up his old tweets about him mentioning City players prices and called home out on it. Not sure I would call that chasing him around and the lad who replied to him didn't insult him.

I see both points of view,but found it strange he did keep throwing in the price tag of a player when talking about them,it does seem to be reserved for us and it gives the impression that we constantly spend vast amounts of money on players which we know isn’t true.The mention of peps coat was just tongue in cheek for me and having a laugh ..
