A pundit or journalist will goad/antagonize supporters of a certain club with a clickbait comment. Fans rightly correct the said pundit mostly in a comprehensive way. "Pundit/journo" then claims they are been "trolled" and cries about it citing mental health issues (falsely).
If you can't give it out then don't take it. Seen it now from Harris, Quek, Aluko and other shite pundits.

You must find it difficult when dealing with the ticket office pondering why the person currently displaying a wide range of incompetence has a job and you didn't get one.Funnily enough a few years back when I left my job in the Civil Service after 30 odd years dealing in law & with people etc I wrote to the club with my CV (seasoncard holder for longer than I'd been a CS) offering my services in any aspect for either PT or FT work...didn't even get an acknowledgement.
