I celebrated and then immediately realised that I didn't know the rule. But if it was against the rules, then VAR would have overturned it.

We were brilliant tonight, and the only reason we didn't hammer them was because their defence was absolutely fantastic.

What a transformation by Villa, one of the best sides we’ve played this year. Hope nothing too serious with Kev and Walker. These are the types of results that win you the title. Should be a proper confidence boost this.

I thought it was an excellent game to watch with lots of chances (mainly for us but a few for them as well). Two teams trying to play which makes a nice change.

I thought we played very well indeed but it looked like it was going to be one of those days where it just wouldn't go in. Bernardo's goal was a cracker but I don't blame Villa for being a bit upset about the offside not being given.

Nice to score a penalty as well for a change. Another lovely clean sheet too.
